Blueprint Funding will provide loans to investors that want to purchase a rental property, rehab it or not and then subsequently lease it on the open market.  These loans will typically be on single family residences in Houston and San Antonio, but we will evaluate any non-owner occupied properties in those markets. We can also finance the rehab in the form of a draw once portions of the rehab are complete and confirmed by our inspector. We will loan up to 70% of the ARV. The term of these loans can be from 3-12 months. We will need to be refinanced out of the loan before the end of the term of the loan. Please contact us for more details.
