transactional funding

Blueprint Funding will provide transactional funding where an investor can close in his/her name as the buyer and then subsequently close with his/her end buyer on the same day. Typical fees are 2% origination fee with a minimum of $1,500. There will be document preparation fees but no appraisal required. Please contact us for more details.
