Fix and flip loan

Blueprint Funding  will provide loans to investors that want to purchase a property, rehab it and then subsequently sell it on the open market. These loans will typically be on single family residences, but we will evaluate any non-owner occupied properties in those markets. We can also finance the rehab in the form of a draw once portions of the rehab are complete and confirmed by our inspector. We will loan up to 70% of the ARV and can finance up to 100% of the purchase and rehab. The term of these loans can be from 3-12 months. Please contact us for more details.
